Shipping policy

At Wishes and Whispers, every order is handmade with love and care. We aim to dispatch your magical letters and personalized goods within 3–6 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post or Sendle, depending on your selected shipping option. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

📍 Shipping Times (estimated)

• Australia: 2–8 business days

• New Zealand: 6–10 business days

• Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by seasonal delays, especially during peak times like Christmas.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

 Lost or Delayed Mail

Once an item has been shipped, delivery is out of our hands. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. However, if you suspect your order is lost or delayed beyond reason, please get in touch at hello@wishesandwhispers.com.au and we’ll do our best to help.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
